Lowe's Home Improvement has signed a two-year contract extension that secures the full-season primary sponsorship of the No. 48 NASCAR Sprint Cup team and five-time series champion Jimmie Johnson in 2014 and 2015.
“Lowe’s is all I’ve ever known in my Sprint Cup career, and their support of me and the No. 48 team is second to none in the sport. We’ve been together for this crazy ride, and I’m so happy we’re continuing it together. They truly are family, and I’m proud to represent them,” said Johnson, driver of the No. 48 Lowe’s Chevrolet SS.

Sunday at Daytona International Speedway will mark Jimmie's 400th Sprint Cup Series start. In those 400 starts, he has had 5 Championships, 60 wins and 166 top-five finishes. He is one of only 8 drivers with 60 wins and was the 6th fastest driver to reach such a milestone in his career.
